Sources are expecting the six-story historic building to trade in the mid- to high $600s/SF. The property, originally constructed in 1908, used to be called The Bancroft Building. Seller Harvest Properties made substantial renovations and repositioned the building to cater to the tech industry by building best-in-class creative suites. Sources say the deal checks every box for tech: open ceiling, brick, side-core, operable windows, public transportation, amenities. The building is now 100% occupied. JLL is marketing the building.
