750k SF Novato Office Up for Grabs

Fireman’s Fund Insurance, which has sat at its Novato office park for more than three decades at 773 San Marin Dr, is prepping to exit the 750k SF site. The insurance company previously announced it would consolidate space and move from its longtime home to a smaller office 10 miles north in Petaluma. It's already been trying to sublease out about a third of the complex, without much luck, reports the San Francisco Business Times. DTZ's Trevor Buck has been tapped to sublease the space. The Fireman’s Fund lease ends in 2018. There's speculation a hot tech company like Google could lease out the space for one of its life sciences arms, or the landlord could turn it into housing. [SFBT]
