Avalanche Biotechnologies just took 100% occupancy at 1035 O’Brien Dr in Menlo Park, leasing the remaining 36k SF at the Tarlton Properties' building. Founded in 2006, Avalanche is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company committed to improving or preserving the sight of people suffering from blinding eye diseases. Avalanche’s lead product candidate, AVA-101, is in mid-stage clinical development.
