GLL Real Estate Partners has sold Orinda Theatre Square, a 90k SF office and retail property in Orinda. The buyer and price were undisclosed, but we're tracking both. Originally built in 1941, Orinda Theatre Square was expanded in 1986 to its current eight-building configuration with a 324-space underground parking garage. Anchored by the art deco-style, three-screen Orinda Theatre, it's 98% leased to 34 tenants, including Starbucks and Serika Japanese Restaurant.
