Ariat International, an apparel and footwear company based in Union City, California, has leased more than 80K SF of office on the San Leandro Tech Campus.
The company signed a 10-year lease for the location at 1500 Alvarado St., The Real Deal reported.
Colliers International represented the landlord, Westlake Realty Group, in the deal.
“Adding such a quality tenant to our current tenant roster consisting of Aveva and Ghirardelli will only further strengthen the San Leandro community,” Westlake Vice President of Asset Management Jeffrey Bak said in a statement to TRD.
The San Leandro Tech Campus was completed in 2016. Westlake Urban gained approval to build a 197-unit mixed use facility as a fourth phase of the project in 2017, which would include a 100K SF parking garage, but the project is still only listed as entitled on the company’s website for the property.
