San Leandro Tech Campus’s Phase 1 officially opened this week, bringing 132k SF of office to the East Bay. The tech-focused 750k SF campus is a part of San Leandro’s plan to become a center of innovation and technology, Westlake Urban managing director Gaye Quinn previously told Bisnow.

Phase 1 of the office building is fully leased as OSIsoft's headquarters, reports San Leandro Patch. It includes a six-story parking garage with over 800 spaces, including 400 for public parking, and a 55-foot Truth Is Beauty sculpture by Marco Cochrane.

The campus features smart windows, utility services and HVAC systems, responsive lighting and various other energy-efficient features. The campus also features the fastest broadband in the country. The campus is designated LEED Gold and is next to the BART line and AC Transit BRT. It's also close to shops and restaurants.

Phase 2, which is actively leasing, will bring total office space up to 368k SF and span one to two buildings. Phase 3 will add about 380k SF spanning about two buildings and add additional parking. RMW architecture & interiors designed the San Leandro Tech Campus. [Patch]
