American Consumer Financial Network Inks San Jose Lease

We just learned American Consumer Financial Network just inked a full-floor lease for 9,400 SF at 255 W Julian St, aka the Charles Davidson Building in downtown San Jose. The building sits across from Santa Clara County Courthouse and San Pedro Square’s restaurants and retail. NAI Northern California repped the owner, Charles Davidson. This deal is the latest of several recent major transactions in San Jose that NAI's worked on (stay tuned for our Silicon Valley issue this week to find out more). Mike Drew of Savills Studley repped the tenant.
