Swift Plants Flag In State Capital

Swift Real Estate Partners is buying a five-story mixed-use at 630 K St in downtown Sacramento. The 85k SF property is Swift's first Sacramento buy and is east of the new Kings Arena now under construction.The property also stands to benefit from other development nearby, including a mixed-use at 700 K St, reports the Sacramento Business Journal. The seller is Rubicon Partners, and real estate sources say the price is around $300/SF. [SBJ]
