The 28-acre project will expand the transit operator’s existing 88-acre fleet operations facility at 150 Sandoval Way. The project involves three properties totaling about 440k SF of existing space, in addition to six acres of adjacent land where another 130k SF to 140k SF of space could be developed in the future, reports The Registry.
