Drake’s Landing and Wood Island, two office complexes in southern Marin County, just sold to a large life insurance company and Harrigan, Weidenmuller Co., respectively. Drake’s Landing in Greenbrae is a three-building, 130k SF complex that's 88% leased. Wood Island (pictured) in Larkspur, bought through a 1031 Exchange, is 95% leased and comprises two buildings that total 82k SF.
