What Just Sold In Marin

Drake’s Landing and Wood Island, two office complexes in southern Marin County, just sold to a large life insurance company and Harrigan, Weidenmuller Co., respectively. Drake’s Landing in Greenbrae is a three-building, 130k SF complex that's 88% leased. Wood Island (pictured) in Larkspur, bought through a 1031 Exchange, is 95% leased and comprises two buildings that total 82k SF. JLL's Michel Seifer, Rob Hielscher, and Aaron Herter repped the seller, Equity Office. Tim Muller, Brian Muller, and Jim Clifford of Montgomery Advisors repped Harrigan, Weidenmuller.
