Trulia Headed to 535 Mission?

Trulia is eyeing 535 Mission as its new home, so what would it mean for the market if the housing stats giant signed? It's now situated at 116 New Montgomery in 30k SF (some staff, above, enjoying Uber's kitty promo day there last fall). Trulia is looking to lease about 100k SF, or about a third of the 27-story building rising in the South Financial District. If a tenant wants a chunk of space in a main locale and doesn't care about exposed brick, that building's where they should be looking, sources tell us. Trulia is a high density user, says our source, so packing floors with employees isn't anything new (535's floor plates are about 13k SF). Owner Boston Properties declined to comment and Trulia did not respond to a request for comment.
