The Allen Matkins Minute

In this week's informative Allen Matkins Real Estate Minute, Sares-Regis Group managing partner John Hagestaddiscusses the real estate market at the ULI Fall Conference. He assures us that we are not in for a double-dip recession, although we have still not officially recovered. With eight to 10 multifamily projects in its pipeline, Sares-Regis is very bullish on the apartment market. Its other focus is industrial, and John is looking for "pockets of opportunity" in both Northern and Southern California.
