S.F. Talks China At City Club

What's China got to do with us? Plenty, according to BOMA's immediate past prez Steve Ring, Cushman's regional director of Northern Cal investor services, and Jeffrey Heller of Heller Manus Architects. (BOMA EVP Marc Intermaggio, above, giving their introduction.) The duo chatted about the impact of China on the property market at a City Club luncheon last week. They both have serious China street cred; Steven participated in BOMA China's 1st annual conference in Beijing and Jeffrey has been conducting business there for over a decade. BOMA China is the latest of 14 BOMAs from other nations to join the BOMA International Federation.
