Plenty, according to BOMA's immediate past prez Steve Ring, Cushman's regional director of Northern Cal investor services, and Jeffrey Heller of Heller Manus Architects. They both have serious China street cred; Steven participated in BOMA China's 1st annual conference in Beijing and Jeffrey has been conducting business there for over a decade.
