You've got to be pretty nimble to get large blocks of space in supply-constrained Silicon Valley, and data storage company Nimble Storage just did. The firm, which provides flash-optimized hybrid storage solutions (we'll try anything to empty these closets), leased Bixby's 165k SF River Oaks campus in north San Jose. The project, which the SoCal-based developer renovated last year, consists of three buildings--211, 251, and 281 River Oaks Pkwy--and includes the firm's signature Bixby Retreat, an outdoor living room with open and collaborative spaces. Cresa repped the tenant, which plans to employ 750 at its new campus. Cassidy Turley repped the landlord.
