Lowe Poaches Former Grosvenor Exec

Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group tapped Alan Chamorro to lead NorCal activities. That includes a little JV project in Santa Clara (the 860k SF Centennial Gateway next to Levi’s stadium) and the 1.8M SF North First Campus comprised of nine office buildings to be developed on a 43-acre site in San Jose. As head of Grosvenor's investment program, Alan completed nearly $1B of transactions on both tips of California. Here he's taking a break from the state with his fam at Colorado's Lair o' the Bear. The Grosvenor camp tells us he's been out as GM for some time now (their replacement was Tom Ohlson).
