KILROY'S MIKE SANFORD AT SOMA

We also spoke this week with Kilroy Realty VP, Northern California,Mike Sanford, who will be a panelist at Bisnow’s The Future of SOMA, Feb. 16 at The Westin Market Street. He tells us Kilroy has about 2.2M SF of space in NorCal and is actively engaged in conversations to acquire more, including what would be its first acquisition on the Peninsula. Of course, Mike continues to scout out deals in San Francisco, where tenant improvement work has begun at 370 Third St for Pac-12 Enterprises. Pac-12, the TV network for all Pac-12 sports events, was the first lease Kilroy signed since closing on the 90% vacant building in December. The building’s now 36% leased (including existing tenant Comcast SportsNet) and Mike says there’s good activity on the balance of the space.
