Environmental Building Strategies partners Ryan Potvin and Matt Macko met in the most outdoorsy place: Colorado’s ski slopes. From there, their plan was to change the face of real estate development by proving that high-performance buildings create untapped value. Primarily a California-based company (S.F HQ'd), EBS works in all sectors, with over half of its clientele in the Golden State.
