BOMA threw two events on Thursday, a luncheon at the City Club and its winter mixer at Sens Restaurant a couple hours later. (There should be a cool name for making to it both: perhaps pulling "The Full Intermaggio.") Mechanics Bank SVP Brian Pretti (left, with BOMA prez Sarah MacIntyre and EVP Marc Intermaggio) was the lunchtime speaker and chatted about why the Bay Area economy rocks compared to other regions, both domestically and internationally.
