We took respite from the rain this morning at a monthly informal gathering of real estate pros at Elephant & Castle on Clay. Breakfast buds chatting about building deals and rumors over eggs and coffee included: Fisher's Lance Minor, Chicago Title's Bruce Carlson, Cassidy Turley's Tim Hogan, Lockton's Tim Conlon, Maier Siebel Baber's Steve Tovani, Fidelity National's Scott Schilling, and Wells Fargo's Dan Shapiro. Topics on the table covered the country, including Steve's repositioning of South Temple Tower in Salt Lake City to Dan's native Minneapolis, where public transit agreeably rocks.
