This former AT&T admin office building at 4220 Arizona St is about to transform into something more livable. Alliance Residential just bought the 49,500 SF building in North Park for more than $7M from Community HousingWorks with plans to transform it into a 118-unit apartment complex. CBRE's Jim Neil, Eric Comer and Merrick Matricardi brokered the deal.
Is this what it will look like? We're not sure, as this is a rendering forwarded by CBRE in marketing materials for the project. But Community HousingWorks, which entitled the site, will keep a portion of the 1.21-acre site to develop a 76-unit affordable senior housing project that will be designed in partnership with the San Diego LGBT Community Center for LGBT seniors.
