An unidentified LA investor has purchased Golden View Apartments, a 17-unit apartment building in Golden Hill for $5.12M.
The 2331 E St building is a block off Broadway and near San Diego City College.
LA-based Abernathy Investment Partnership sold the property, with CI Apartments' Terry Taylor and ACRE Investment Real Estate's Rita Lancaster-Hannah brokering the sale. [SDBJ]
