Greystar Acquires Portland Apartments From Developer

Apartment giant Greystar bought Waterline Apartments for an undisclosed price from Fore Property Co, which developed the complex. The 243-unit property is at 2080 NW Front Ave, along the waterfront.

The community is Fore's first of four planned in Portland, the Portland Business Journal reports. The company plans a 270-apartment development next to Waterline, a 150-unit building near the Fremont Bridge, and another in Johns Landing. HFF director Ira Virden and director Carrie Kahn facilitated the sale of Waterline. [PBJ]
