Toyota’s Financial Services Office In It For The Long Haul

Columbia Property Trust announced yesterday that Toyota Financial Services has signed a lease renewal. Toyota occupies a 130k SF office building in Chandler known as San Tan Corporate Center I. The lease has been extended for 89 months, so Toyota Financial Services will stay put at least until 2024.

“Toyota Financial Services has been a valued long-term tenant at San Tan Corporate Center, and we are very pleased they have chosen to maintain their presence at the property,” Columbia Property CEO Nelson Mills says. “Their decision is a testament to the overall strength of the San Tan Corporate Center, which benefits from a strong tenant base and one of the most desirable office locations in suburban Phoenix.”

The San Tan Corporate Center holds two buildings totaling a combined 267k SF and was built in 2000. Toyota Financial Services made its home there in 2001.
