Phoenix Heart Realty acquired the 36k SF Technology Center at Talavi in Glendale (5859 W Talavi), a multi-tentant MOB. Colliers International's Marcus Muirhead tells us that the buyer was a tenant who occupies the majority of the building. It made sense for Phoenix Heart to own the building, rather than rent, considering its long-term growth needs, he says. Marcus and colleagues Tyler Smith, Greg Guglielmino and Steve Gonzalez repped the tenant in the deal; JLL's Brian Ackerman repped the seller.
