Quicken Loans Eyeing Large Downtown Location

Quicken Loans is looking for a block of space totaling about 150k SF in Downtown Phoenix, according to the Phoenix Business Journal, citing multiple real estate sources. The Detroit-based mortgage lender neither confirmed nor denied the report.

The company has an operations center in North Scottsdale that, among other things, has elements of a creative office, such as recreational equipment for staff (pictured). The company may be looking for space Downtown that can accommodate a similar layout and amenities. Quicken Loans has been in Arizona for 10 years.
