Ritz-Carlton
Paradise Valley's Town Council will take up the matter of voting to approve Five Star Development's plans for a Ritz-Carlton in the town on Monday.
The proposal goes back to 2008, but the recession slowed things down until this year, when the developer brought its plans to the council.
The 105-acre parcel on Lincoln Drive and North Mockingbird would be the Valley's only Ritz-Carlton, if the plans are approved, the Phoenix Business Journal reports. The Paradise Valley Planning Commission has already signed off on the proposal. [PBJ]
