Rockefeller Group Steps Up Chandler 101 Planning

Rockefeller Group unveiled final plans for its 1M SF of office and retail space in Chandler, which will break ground in Q1 2016. The project, Chandler 101, originally was approved six years ago, but the recession put the kibosh on its forward motion until recently. The development will include an eight-story spec office building, the Phoenix Business Journal reports. Rockefeller has approvals for three more six- to eight-story office buildings that will round out the 250k SF total. Colliers will lease the property. [PBJ]
