DBM Ventures Ready To Start Chauncey Lane Mixed-Use Development

DBM Ventures is preparing to break ground on Chauncey Lane, a 53K SF mixed-use project at Scottsdale Road and Chauncey Lane in Scottsdale. Upon completion, the property will include a mix of high-end retailers, restaurants and fitness centers along with adjacent high-end residences. No tenants have been announced yet.

“Expect an upscale, interconnected environment that offers virtually everything you need at one address,” LGE Design Build President and CEO David Sellers said.

LGE Design Build is the general contractor and Cawley Architects/AV3 Design the lead architect for the project, which will be completed in the summer of 2018.

The adjacent residential component, which will be developed by JLB Partners, will include over 300 units. It will feature a rooftop exercise clubhouse and pool.
