Work Begins On Chandler Airpark

Silagi Development & Management has broken ground on Chandler Airpark, which will feature six single-tenant industrial buildings. The property will have a competitive edge, according to Cushman & Wakefield senior managing director Paul Boyle.

The property will be the only product of its kind available in the area, he said. All other newly completed developments in the immediate area are multi-tenant industrial, flex or office.

Chandler Airpark is on Douglas Drive, just west of Stearman Drive. Working with LGE Design Build, Silagi Development will complete the development in April. The single-tenant buildings will range from about 11k SF to 22k SF and feature spec office build-outs, 18- to 20-foot warehouse ceiling clear heights and three-phase 600 amp power.

Boyle, along with colleagues Pete Klees and Rick Danis, are repping the landlord in leasing the project.
