Tuesday Morning Takes Entire Liberty Logistics Center

Tuesday Morning Corp inked a 10-year lease for 593k SF at Liberty Logistics Center I in Phoenix. The national retailer will occupy the entire facility at 563 S 63rd Ave come September. The landlord, Liberty Property Trust, acquired the LEED facility in 2013, reports AZ Big Media. Colliers International's Don MacWilliam, Payson MacWilliam and Tom Woods repped Tuesday Morning. Marc Hertzberg and Tony Lydon of JLL repped Liberty Property Trust. [AZBM]
