Tech Buyer Takes Building At New Chandler Airpark Development

The DeMichele Group, a provider of software for the fenestration industry, acquired the 17K SF Building B at 2110 South Douglas Drive in the newly completed Chandler Airpark. The development was recently completed by SoCal developer Silagi Development & Management.

Separately, All In One Posters, a labor law poster provider based in Buena Park, California, signed a lease agreement with a purchase option for the 11K SF Building C in the development.

“Both deals were negotiated before the completion of construction, and negotiations are underway with other users," Cushman & Wakefield executive director Paul Boyle said. "The level of activity exceeded expectations.”

Boyle and colleagues Pete Klees and Rick Danis repped SDM in both transactions. The DeMichele Group was represented by Jerry Jacobs of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, and All In One Posters was represented by Adrienne Bryant with Bryant Commercial.
