Prologis Sells Its Largest Phoenix Development

Exeter Property Group acquired the 486k SF 5555 W Lower Buckeye Rd for $24M from Prologis, which developed the distribution property in 2013. Colliers International EVP Don MacWilliam tells us that it’s the largest industrial building Prologis has ever built in Phoenix and represented an opportunity for suburban Philly-based Exeter to establish a larger presence in the market. Don, along with colleague Payson MacWilliam, repped both buyer and seller in the deal.
