And in other SEC news, DCT Industrial reveals more about its recent $9M purchase of 5th Street Industrial, a 110k SF warehouse at 3405-3445 S. 5th Street in Phoenix from Clarion Partners. DCT reports it was part of a 1.2M SF portfolio that involved eight buildings in cities like Chicago, Seattle, and Houston for a total of $87.3M. “The company expects a year-one weighted-aveage cash yield of 4.1% and anticipates a weighted-average cash yield of 6.3% on the acquired assets,” DCT states in docs.
