Conor Commercial Brings More Spec Industrial To Booming Gilbert

Conor Commercial Real Estate just put up a two-building spec industrial project totaling 225,600 SF. Twenty miles outside of downtown Phoenix, the AZ|60 project sits a mile from Route 60 and three miles from the Loop 101. It was built to meet Gilbert’s growing demand for industrial space.

“This Class-A property responds to the rising demand of users seeking high-quality warehouse/distribution and advanced manufacturing space within Gilbert’s industrial submarket,” Conor Commercial VP Sven Tustin says. “With a contemporary design and efficient features, coupled with a strategic infill location and business park setting, we are confident that AZ|60 satisfies multiple requirements and provides numerous advantages to businesses.”

AZ|60 features 30-foot clear heights, grade-level and dock-high loading, ESFR sprinkler systems and parking. Its two buildings, at 104k SF and 120k SF, can be divided into suites as small as 15k SF. Conor Commercial partnered with Globe Corp to make AZ|60 a reality.
