Chandler Approves LGE Development Plan

The Chandler City Council has greenlighted LGE Design Build's plans for a four-acre parcel near the Loop 202 and Kyrene Road. The company wants to build an 82k SF building and two 40k SF buildings on the site. The zoning now calls for office and light industrial. [PBJ]
