Boston Investor Buys Industrial Portfolio Near Airport

A Boston investment group, Realty Associates Fund X LP, acquired nine industrial buildings totaling over 460k SF near Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport for more than $42M. The buildings include White Star Corporate Center; Baseline Foothills; 3710 E University Dr; and 2501 W Phelps Rd. The seller was White Star LCC, the Phoenix Business Journal reports. JLL's Mark Detmer and Bo Mills were involved in the sale. [PBJ]
