Anheuser-Busch Distributor Takes Spec Space In West Phoenix

Hensley Beverage Co inked a pre-lease deal for 112k SF of spec space near Camelback Road and Grand Avenue. The company will take about one-third of a planned building at the Santa Fe Logistics Center, where it already has its corporate HQ and other operations, the Phoenix Business Journal reports.

Hensley is the state’s largest Anheuser-Busch distributor and also distributes craft beer, wine and other spirits; its chairwoman is Cindy McCain, whose husband is US Sen. John McCain. CBRE's Pat Feeney, Danny Calihan and Rusty Kennedy repped Tratt Properties, the landlord, in the deal. [PBJ]
