Why Politicos Like Philly

With the Dems coming to town in '16, it's time to brag about what the city has to make it so attractive to politicos. (We'd welcome Republicans too, though they've opted for Cleveland. The last time both conventions were here in the same year was 1948.) Some quick facts: the region has 30,000 hotel rooms; the city's the 12th most internationally visited city in the nation; 85-plus movies have been filmed in Philadelphia and more are coming; US News ranked Philadelphia as home to the best US historic destinations; and Business Insider named Philly one of the top 10 Hottest American Cities of the Future.
