Philly's Tops for Trick-or-Treating

Residential valuation data specialist Zillow recently reported the top 20 cities in the nation for trick-or-treating, as determined by four equally weighted data variables: the Zillow Home Value Index, population density, Walk Score, and local crime data. San Francisco topped the list again, followed by LA and Chicago, while Philadelphia is No. 4.
