Nightingale Buys Big in Center City

Elie Schwartz's New York-based Nightingale Properties has snapped up 1835 Market St in Center City, the Inquirer reports, for $100M. Clarion Partners sold the 650k SF property, which is 75% occupied. JLL EVP Doug Rodio (here with his family), with colleagues Jim Galbally, John Plower and Erin Miller repped the seller; last summer Doug told Bisnow that the property generated enormous interest, and no fewer than 15 offers.
