Biltmore Financial Center Enjoys Influx Of Leases

A rush of tenants has inked deals for space in ViaWest Group's 635k SF Biltmore Financial Center in recent weeks. They include WealthPoint, Philadelphia Insurance, Mandel Young Law, Versant Capital Management and Fresenius Medical Care, totaling more than 28k SF.

ViaWest is also in the process of moving into the property, which it acquired last summer, and which it's renovating, AZ Big Media reports. One improvement will be the 3,500 SF tenant lounge, which will include a 20-plus seat conference room, made-to-order food service, a big screen media wall, indoor/outdoor co-working space and games.
