Tutor Perini Wins East Market Building Contract

National Real Estate Development tapped Tutor Perini Building Corp to do the $117M construction of the first phase of East Market. The redevelopment project will cover a full block of Center City from Market to Chestnut and 11th to 12th streets. The project will include a 322-unit apartment building, 105k SF of retail, 114k SF feet of below-grade parking, and a 19k SF amenity level and outdoor deck, CoStar reports.
