Brickstone Plans Office, Retail Space At 1110 Chestnut St

In the heart of Center City, a stone's throw from the new Market East development, Brickstone Cos has announced plans for a 20k SF, mixed-use development at 1110 Chestnut St, with office space living above two retail storefronts.

Four floors of offices are planned to sit above new retail in what is now an out-of-business record store, with an additional ground-floor retail space at 1108 Chestnut. The entire property is set to undergo renovations and is being marketed to potential clients, according to Philly.com.

The office space will sit beside a Target store that is under construction on property also owned by Brickstone. Both projects aim to capitalize on the ongoing revitalization of the Market East district. [Philly]
