Rowan University inked a deal to sell 100 acres in Harrison Township, NJ, to Inspira Health, which will develop a new hospital there. The facility will replace its medical center in Woodbury, and be a four-story hospital with as many as 200 beds.
The current hospital will remain open, but will be repurposed into other uses, such as outpatient care and administrative office space, the Philadelphia Business Journal reports. The final price for the 100-acre site hasn't been determined. [PBJ]
