Aimbridge prez Dave Johnson says he reads often about hotel owners forced to return their keys to the respective lenders after defaulting on multi-million dollar loans; he sees this project as an opportunity to bring value to the 232-acre property and the community. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler was the commercial real estate capital intermediary chosen to identify the best management entity for the property.
