| Larry and Colliers' Andy McGhee helped sell 190 Rittenhouse Circle in Keystone Industrial Park, a 128k SF manufacturing facility owned by Ferag Inc to Philly's Action Manufacturing for a little more than $6M. Action will consolidate its operations in the facility and add 175 jobs. |
| We installed really big letters along Market Street to highlight where the former Craftex Mills facility is along the road. That's because Larry and Colliers' Michael Zerbe brokered the sale of 2100 Market St in Auburn to Perfecttemp, a refrigeration company. The 136k SF facility was sold by M&T Bank. The price wasn't disclosed. We now have giant black letters for sale if anyone is interested. |
