Colliers International's Larry Bergen (pictured above in a very white room) brokered the deal for MASCO. It's the latest in a string of industrial deals that Colliers has chalked up in recent month, and more specifically, big victories for Larry.
Larry and Colliers' Andy McGhee helped sell 190 Rittenhouse Circle in Keystone Industrial Park, a 128k SF manufacturing facility owned by Ferag Inc to Philly's Action Manufacturing for a little more than $6M. Action will consolidate its operations in the facility and add 175 jobs.
