INTECH's Market Street Move

INTECH Construction is sticking around in University City, signing a long-term lease at 3020 Market St and moving from its current space across the street at 3001 Market. The 33k SF lease includes the entire sixth floor of 3020, owned by Brandywine Realty Trust. The Flynn Company’s Brendan Flynn, who repped the tenant along with colleague Michael Gallagher, tells us the deal significantly increases INTECH's space and allows it to stay committed to a neighborhood in which it continues to be very active. INTECH's array of current projects includes 3737 Market and the New College House on Hill Field, a 198k SF student dorm at Penn.
