Semiconductor Maker Leases in Parker Irvine Business Center

MaxLinear inked a lease for 50k SF at 50 Parker in Irvine, which is one of the buildings at the Parker Irvine Business Center, according to a recent SEC filing.

The property is owned by Northwestern Mutual Life, which is repped by Voit Real Estate Services. The lease has an initial term of six years and two months, with rent of about $68k/month during the first 12 months and about $86k/month during the final 12 months.
