San Francisco’s Drawbridge Realty just paid $37M for the building at 1700 E Saint Andrew Place, the Abbott Medical Optics HQ.
Del Mar Partnership in Del Mar sold the three-story, 171,330 SF building.
The purchase marks the first time Drawbridge has owned property in Orange County, according to the Orange County Register.
