Irvine Condo Complex, MVE Architects

A new condo project is coming to Irvine.

Natura City LLC just won approval from the city to build the Blue Bay development, a seven-story, 120-unit condo building.

It will be built on nearly two acres in the Irvine Business Complex, the OC Register reports.

MVE + Partners is designing the project, which will include one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units, ranging from 842 SF to 2,260 SF.
